At Womaniya Organic Farm, we ensure every product is fresh, authentic, and carefully packed.

Returns
– Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
– Unopened and unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
– For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

Exchanges
– Exchanges are offered only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
– Opened, used, or damaged items after delivery cannot be returned.
– Perishable items nearing expiry are non-returnable.
